Requests and quotes
Sending a request does not place an order, reserve a worker, confirm a visit or create a payment obligation. Coverage, item availability, timing, scope and price are checked and supplied in writing. The details you approve in a quote or booking confirmation govern that transaction.
Products
Category descriptions help you specify what you need; they are not an inventory or price commitment. Check the written specification, quantity, delivery address, tax and charges before accepting a quote. Substitutions and changes need your agreement.
Labour and visits
Labour may need measurements or a site review before final price and timing. Provide safe site access and accurate scope information. Added work or site changes need a revised agreement. A 30-minute site visit is ₹250 tax-inclusive, adjusted under the same-work, one-week rule described on the site; the appointment and payment are confirmed separately.
Referrals and issues
A referral code may make a material purchase eligible for a 1% discount once validated and shown in the quote; it does not discount labour or visits. Refer to the refund and service policies for issue handling. Liability, dispute forum and formal legal contact language must be reviewed before paid transactions begin.
